Exhibitor Services Manual / Trade Show Planning Guide


The Exhibitor Services Manual is now live. This manual includes all the information you need to plan your show, including GES services, furniture packages, shipping and material handling information, convention centre services, order forms, and specialty contractors. A table of contents for the manual can be found here

The trade show planning guide provides an overview of the resources available and key requirements to help you with a smooth planning experience.
 
The exhibitor resources page contains all resources to get the best results from your company’s participation at the CPMA Trade Show. Please ensure to review the booth display guidelines before planning your booth set-up to ensure all height restrictions are followed.

Exhibitor Profile Information


Use the a2z exhibitor portal tool to add your company description, products and services to your profile. This information will appear on the interactive floor plan.
 
The company information and exhibitor list print profile section will be used in the official Show Guide handed out to all attendees. Please update your print profile by March 9, 2018. Any changes made after this time will appear online only. 

New Product Showcase – Introducing Organics at CPMA 2018!


Highlight your product or service to a targeted audience of key industry professionals in CPMA’s 2018 New Product Showcase. New this year, we are expanding our showcase to include organic products.

The much anticipated Best New Product Award competition is back and will be judged based on four award categories – Best new product, Freggie approved, packaging innovation and the new Organic Products.

By submitting your New Product Showcase form today, you will guarantee your company’s participation in this valuable promotional opportunity. Space is limited, so don’t delay.

Exhibitor Badge Registration


Exhibitor badges can be registered within the a2z system under ‘Booth Personnel’.

To register as a delegate, or to purchase tickets for individual events, use our main registration page located here. Delegates will automatically receive exhibitor status and access during the move-in / move-out period. Please note that badges are not mailed in advance and will need to be picked up onsite at the CPMA registration area.

You are entitled to 5 complimentary badges with each 10x10 ft of exhibit space. Exhibitor badges includes access to the following events:
  • Trade show during move-in, show hours and move-out
  • Business sessions
  • Wednesday night After Party. Join us for some great music and a late night drink!

Co-Exhibitor Registration


Exhibitors that are sharing their booth with another company have the unique advantage to register them as a co-exhibitor.  Co-exhibiting companies will receive their badges and acknowledgement in the exhibitor listing in the Final Program under their own company name. Please note that The Co-Exhibitor registration form needs to be completed by the main exhibitor and submitted to CPMA.

Insurance Certificate requirements


All CPMA main exhibitors are required to provide a certificate of insurance to CPMA for General Liability for a minimum amount of one million dollars, naming the Canadian Produce Marketing Association as additional named insured by March 21, 2018.
