March 21st Island booths and perimeter booths with structures over 12 ft in height must submit a structure/drawing of their booth to CPMA.

Company Profile Information/ Exhibitor Badge Registration


Use the a2z Exhibitor Portal tool to add your company description, products and services to your profile. This information will appear on the interactive floor plan and Show Guide handed out to all attendees. Please update your print profile by March 9, 2018. Any changes made after this time will appear online only.
 
Your booth staff badges can be registered in the a2z system under ‘Booth Personnel’. You are entitled to 5 complimentary badges per 10x10 ft of exhibit space. If you are sharing your booth with another company and want them to be able to have their own company name on the badges they can register as a co-exhibitor.

You can also register for tickets to other social events (such as the Welcome Reception and the Annual Banquet) or for delegate registration. Delegates from exhibiting companies will automatically receive exhibitor status and access during the move in/move out period.

Freight Move-In Floor Plan


To ensure a safe and efficient move-in process, a colour-coded move-in floor plan for freight arrivals has been designed. If you are using the loading docks, you must have your carrier or trucks arrive at the marshalling yard during your scheduled move in time. More details about move in procedures can be found under move in information.

Hospitality Area


The hospitality area is located on the registration level and provides delegates with quick and healthy snacks and can be a great way to get additional visibility for your products. If you are interested in contributing product to the hospitality area please contact Nicole at njeffrey@cpma.ca for more details. All contributors will be acknowledged on the hospitality area sponsorship signage.

Insurance Certificate requirements


All CPMA Main Exhibitors are required to provide a certificate of insurance to CPMA for General Liability for a minimum amount of one million dollars, naming the Canadian Produce Marketing Association as additional named insured by March 21st, 2018. For additional information, please see the insurance requirements.

Sampling at your booth? Participate in the ‘Tastes of CPMA’ feature


Will you be sampling your product at your booth? Invite attendees to experience your flavours first-hand by participating in the ‘Tastes of CPMA’. A map and exhibitor listing of all sampling booths will be available to attendees. To participate, please complete the Sampling Form by Wednesday, March 21st and check the box in order to appear on the list. You can also now include ‘sampling’ as a product category in your a2z profile to help attendees find you on the floor.

Booth Set-up Labour and Exhibitor Appointed Contractors


ALL exhibitors must complete and submit to CPMA the Exhibitor Appointed Contractor Form to confirm their booth set-up arrangements by March 21st, 2018. Exhibitors who are using a third party contractor, other than GES, Lowe’s, VCC, or any of our official service providers must also provide proof of insurance for their contractor. Please note that if EACs are not registered in advance or do not provide proof of insurance, they will not be permitted into exhibit halls and GES labour must be used.

Co-Exhibitor Registration


Exhibitors that are sharing their booth with another company have the unique advantage to register them as a co-exhibitor.  Co-exhibiting companies will receive their badges and acknowledgement in the exhibitor listing in the program under their own company name. Please note that the Co-Exhibitor registration form needs to be completed by the main exhibitor and submitted to CPMA.
